Energy Awareness & Stress Management :-
This is a vital part of all diploma courses held within the centre. It creates
recognition within the therapist of their own healing and wholeness on all levels.
The 'Mind Body Spirit and Healing" energies classes equips you to recognise disease
patterns and look beyond the presenting symptoms to find the underlying cause.
The Chakras and more subtle energies of the body are explored. It also attunes the
student to healing energies through visualisation meditation and 'hands on
experience'. The course includes practical work and provides space for the student
to discuss, share and explore with others in a safe and gentle atmosphere.
